Bravias Financial is looking for a self-starter Operations Assistant to join our rapidly-growing firm in Iselin, NJ.

This is NOT a coffee-making position! You’ll be involved in many aspects of the firm’s operations while learning the essentials of the financial advisory world. We are a company that believes in individuality and listens to all ideas to enable the growth of the company.

We have an urgent need for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who seeks perfection in all that you do. The Operations Assistant is the first point of contact for all new and existing client communication. We are looking for someone who can bring strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities. We want you if you are personable and always want to bring your A-game.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: College degree preferred, but not necessary. Good GPA is highly preferred.

Experience: Looking for 1+ year of office experience. No industry experience is required – we are looking for someone that brings a good work ethic along with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.  Deliver clear and effective communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

–  Provide client service and customer satisfaction
–  Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations and client management
–  Book client appointments and follow up with clients on outstanding items
–  Assist with organizing events in conjunction with management
–  Day-to-day tasks and back-office operations
–  Data entry into financial software to assist with producing clients financial plans
–  Other administrative duties as assigned
